🚲 Personal Preference

Changed your mind? You can still return it! For personal reasons, the customer covers return shipping and applicable restocking fees.

How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Email joystar_service@joykie.com for authorization. (Items sent back without authorization cannot be refunded!)
Pack It Up: Return the product in its original carton with all manuals, accessories, and gifts.
Ship It: Use the pre-paid label we provide and send the item back to us.
Get Paid: Once inspected, we process refunds in 1-3 business days. Funds usually appear in your account within 5-7 business days.
